Pricing is per location, billed monthly. Every ChairPulse subscription is month-to-month — you can cancel anytime with no penalty.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can continue with your chosen plan or cancel with no charge.
Can I change plans later?
You can move from ChairPulse to Scale at any time — just get in touch with our team. If your practice grows to multiple locations or needs DSO-level features, we'll work with you on a Scale quote that fits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers. Invoicing is available for Scale customers.
What if I have multiple locations?
Up to 3 locations are included in the ChairPulse plan at $159/month per location. For practices or groups with more locations, or for organizations that need hierarchical DSO structure, SSO, or dedicated support, Scale pricing is custom — get in touch and we'll build a quote for you.
What does the onboarding boost include?
Every new subscription includes an extra 150 Detailed SOP generations in your first month (on top of the standard 100/month) so you can build your library fast. After month one, you're back to the standard 100/month, which is more than enough for ongoing needs. If you open a new location, the onboarding boost is applied again to that location's subscription.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, no implementation costs. You pay your first month and that's it.
