You can search our equipment database to find your exact model with pre-populated specs, or add custom equipment for anything unique to your practice.

The primary value in ChairPulse is helping teams work more efficiently through better systems—AI is there to assist when needed, not to be the centerpiece. That said, when AI is used, it's purpose-built. We use a multi-model architecture that selects the right model for each task: conversational AI trained on manufacturer documentation for diagnostics, semantic search across your SOP library for questions, and real manufacturer specs for procedure generation. Every recommendation is grounded in actual equipment knowledge, and the system distinguishes between what staff can safely handle and what requires a technician.

Most practices are operational within 1-3 days. You'll spend a few minutes on practice details, then add your equipment from our database or manually. Compliance requirements for your state are configured automatically. If you're migrating from spreadsheets, we offer hands-on import assistance. No complex configuration or IT resources required.

We've done the groundwork of researching equipment-related compliance requirements across federal, state, and local jurisdictions—so you don't have to. ChairPulse shows you exactly which requirements apply to your practice based on your location and equipment, and lets you create tasks to track completion. When requirements conflict across jurisdictions, we surface the binding one with its citation. To be clear: we focus specifically on equipment-related requirements like sterilization testing, waterline monitoring, and X-ray inspections. General training requirements, HIPAA, or OSHA requirements that don't directly involve equipment are outside our scope.

Security is foundational to ChairPulse, not an afterthought. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based access ensures staff only see their office's information. Your data is never shared with third parties. Even when technicians access equipment details via QR code, they see only what's relevant to that service call—no login required, no access to anything else.
